Regional Pastors’ Meetings
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17)
Regional Pastors’ Meetings (RPM) – On the fast track to building up Pastors and Ministry Leaders
The purpose of RPM is to provide a safe peer group for pastors to develop and strengthen their spiritual & ministry health which in turn strengthens and builds the health of our churches, ultimately leading to the over-all health of our district. We focus on character/walk issues and skill/ministry issues at each meeting as well as pray together. Each RPM is made up of district pastors (senior, solo, and associate) in a specific region, and guests (like-minded ministry friends) are welcome.
We have several of these meetings throughout our district, based on geographical regions. All pastors of the EFCA Southeast are welcomed and encouraged to join in with the nearest RPM. If you would like to get involved or would like more information, check this page for the nearest RPM location and feel free to contact the listed RPM leader:
